At our store, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with flexible return options. Below is our return policy for fine jewelry and engagement rings.
Store Credits and Returns
- Within 30 Days: If you return an item within 30 days of receipt, we will issue store credits for 89% of the value. Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- After 30 Days and Within One Year: For returns made after 30 days but within one year, a 80% of the ordered value will be given as store credits.
- After One Year: Returns after one year are eligible for exchange based on the condition of the item. Please contact our experts to discuss exchange conditions.
Reimbursement Policy for “Design Your Own” Products
- Gemayel Recommended Natural Diamonds:
- Within 30 Days: We will reimburse 89% of the purchase price.
- After 30 Days and Within One Year: We will reimburse 79% of the purchase price.
- After One Year: The item will be inspected by Gemayel Jewellery before any reimbursement or exchange is processed.
- Non-Gemayel Recommended Natural Diamonds: We will provide store credits for 50% of the value of the stone.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Returned items must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Items altered by any jeweler other than Gemayel Jewellery will not be accepted.
- Before any refund is issued, returned items needs to be sent to Gemayel Jewellery for inspection to determine their condition.

- Non-Gemayel Recommended Natural Diamonds: We will provide store credits for 60% of the value of the stone.
